Regreat to inform you that on dated 05/03, I purched a LCD 26 "Television set from M/s Uttam Sales Bistupur Jamshedpur-1, I lodge a complain vide complai no RNA 11081001300, Yet no action has taken from your end.

Please look into the matter seriously, and arrange to replace the set immediately
