Problem in display of the LCD

I had filed a complaint for my LG LCD TV on 6 JULY my complaint number is C1070708303.

the engineer that visted on 8 JULY for the complaint and told me that the screen is faulty and needs to be replaced

The company enfgineer will come and collect the LCD .

But since then there is no response from the company.

i have even called the LG customer care but there is no satisfactory response from their side.

Please look into the matter and do the needful.
