I had a terrible experience with your service.
On 13-Feb I complained about my LG LCD (power going off while watching). My complaint number is: RNA110213079771
Within couple of hour I got a call from Sunil (9582999841), so I was happy about the quick action. But now, after receiving the service from this guy, who seems to be a quack, I seriously have serious doubt about the service you are offering. I was not home (my parents were at home) and this guy came and did nothing. He just pressed few buttons on our LCD TV and said that it was set in some incorrect mode. He took away Rs 650/- and said that he gives warranty of 3 months.
I got another call from a number 9582999571 (some Rawat) and the guy was only interested in how much money we have paid to Sunil. He is demanding Rs 4000/- to fix some power stabilizer now.
The problem in the TV is still there (as it was never resolved). I am trying calling Sunil since yesterday, but he is cutting his phone.
Now when I again called Rawat (9582999571), he says Sunil won't fix it. And when I asked for what did he charge us Rs 650/-, he says he will "adjust". DOES THAT MEAN THAT WE HAVE TO KEEP ADJUSTING, For the mistake that we bough LCD from "L.G.". I seriously doubt the integrity of the company and its service. After this terrible experience, I am never going to buy or recommend any product of LG
