I had bought a LCD tv lg32lh60yr on the 25th of december and on the 5th the LG service person came for installation and the sound output was very low. When we asked for the reason he was not able to give any reason and also denied to accept the low sound output. as per specification it is 700 W and when we compared the same with a similar product there is substantial difference.
