Sir, I have pruchased LG M4410 Handset. From the beginning it was complaint. In the warranty period they have did nearly 10 times repair. I have mistaken in purchasing this handset rather than purchaging a Nokia Handset. Its cost was Rs.6500. After warranty period over it was dead. Every time they are saying that Mother Board Complaint. After completion of Warranty they could not repair it and completely damaged. Is there any procedure to file a complain against LG for this grievance. Now it is completely dead. The service Branch at Kakinada near by to me. But they could not rectify the problem.
