The fridge 2E3BJ1 GDE 26 B1 Mexican Red was purchased from Godrej & Boyce directly vide Invoice No:841/93145134 dt.15.07.11 and delivered on 17.07.11 .
Within a month of Purchase the problem of water leakage in the interior and exterior of the fridge continues while defreezing, after identifying the porblem, repeated calls are being made by us to the Service Provider, they keep coming and change the tray and rectifying it on trial and error basis but till date the problem is continues. Directly from Goderj company Mr. S.Ramanathan DET- Chennai came once, saying that in future it will not come and if it comes you please call me. We tried his number but there is no response and so we once again booked the complaint in the toll free number (Complaint Number : 129837 dt. 08.10.11) and we are yet to receive the response from the representative of Godrej.
Sir, my earlier Fridge was Godrej and I never experience this kind of problem, they were working for 15 years without any problem and this fridge is not working even for 15 days without problem. There is some inherent manufacturing defect which the service provider is not able to diagnose or rectify problem completely.please kindly do the needfull.
If possible kindly ask Godrej to change the Fridge or give me a better model which is trouble free.
