Ezone Koramangala, Bangalore took full payment on 17th jan vide receipt # 2006012407 and promised delivery before 27th Jan. It not only failed but repeatedly lied that it will deliver in 1or 2 days. Later they informed that LG company has failed to deliver and hence don't have a date of delivery. After several frantic calls and desperate begging, I have received an email on 8th feb saying that they will process the refund. Do Ezone walk scot free having used my money for more than 20 days and having put me through lot of hardship and mental tension. What is the recourse to me on the interest lost. mental hardship and opportunity cost.
