Got struck often unable to use

I have purchased LG GM200 hand set on 1.1.2010.From the day 1 the set struck and unable to use it. Back door got faded. Service center people not given a proper reply. I want reply from you with in 10 days otherwise i have no other option to seek through consumer forum.please call in my mobile number 9994107752.
