Very poor from 1st day of purchase

I had purchased one mobile 6210 s no: 2684435459314492537 on 15/11

From the date of purchase incoming and outgoing voice is very low.

The dealer from whom i had purchased Manoj cell page, Daryaganj vide their bill no: 171 has totally refused to replace the set.

Kindly arrange to replace the mobile set at the most earlieset.

all the times, they say that mobile is ok but all the times I got complaint that there is no sound to listners. This is the defect in your mobile set. I further request you to pl arrange to replace the set.
