Poor servicing

Sir i brought my phone lg kp320 two years backand four months befpore i found my charging slot is damaged and went to lg sevice centre at our home town, cherthala.they told me to replace the slot got it replaced but after one month i found that there is problems in connecting data cable and headset through that slot, but i ddnt cared much on that as i was residing at hydrabad doing some course for two months.on my way back to kerala, in the train my charging slot collapsed into the phone and i was not able to charge it.so i came here and took it to service centre and they replaced the slot once again saying that its my fault, and they told me that i cannot use headset nor datacable unless i replace the board.

but in the same month i was finding difficulties in charging, i have to adjust the pin position for charging, and last week the slot once again collapsed into the phone, and i have to repalce that slot once again.i am sure that its not my fault that the slot is getting damaged, but the servicing people are not agreeing and i have to pay that amount again, so with this same complaint i have replaced this charging slot thrice, and i am not even sure whether this time it will last long or not...
