IN My LG mobile KS360 display damaged. I launched complaint on phone on 26th Dec. when not proper respond personally visit to your service center Mobs mobiles but after every day followup on 11th I got complaint no. RNA 110111012127. Now every day I got the same answer that our PO is in progress. Now almost 25 days passed but till I have not received my phone with ok repairing. What is this?? & this is the way to entertain your customer. The people in the service center r not able to give confirm answer to your customer & I am continuously following them. May I know when my mobile get repaired or it is not possible. Due to your poor after sale service can we stop the buying of good LG product??
