Not working properly

My mob ph having IMEI no 353034035304338, purchased on 27/06 from lucknow is malfunctioning and lying with LG Direct Service Centre, LG Electronics, shop no 4&5, Hyde Park, opp. Ansa Ind. Estate, Saki Vihar Rd, Andheri East Mumbai. They could not repair my set and kept the set with them asking for 2-3 days time. It is a new set and behaving improper. If it can not be repaired, it should be replaced without further delay.
