Dear sir/madam,
LG has sold me a highly sub standard merchandise called the LG Cookie - KP500 mobile phone. This product had not been tested properly and the problems that I and so many others have faced with this phone is clear evidence to it.
Now my phone just switched off all by itself whenever it feels like! I understand that a lot of people are facing similar problems.
The LG service people has time and over failed to rectify this and my phone is a total loss. Please help me get compensation from LG for the time and money loss and metal anguish that this product has brought to my life.
How can we stop this irresponsible behaviour from companies like this which has repeatedly marketed below average quality goods and complimented it with bad after sales service?
I will NEVER another LG product ever that is for sure. after all wat are companies without customers!
'LG', I am sure stands for 'Low-quailty Goods'.
