My uncle residing at UK had gifted me a new LG Mobile handset model No: U300 bearing IMEI No: 359288000337814 and Sr. No: 606 KPBF033781.
this handset workd well for a while and suddenly its display went out and shows nothing.
i had contacted LG Service centre at Ahmedabad and i was told that the belt is not working and they were not having belt for that perticular model as it was not launched in India. they shows inability to serve my cell phone.
so i had also registered a complaint in LG Customer care and was contacted by thier representative. they also show inability to provide necessary spare i.e belt and for that reason my cell phone is lying idle.
how a company like LG shows inability to provide spares in india?
my cell phone LG U300 is now a toy besides in working condition for a want of Belt it is very painfull to me.
