The above refered LG mobile TV tuner 3G phone SR. 354050021718991 was purchased vide invoice 3382, dated 18/4, Customer bill no SBI /0910/1139, other reference SBI, Buyers Order no 000065925, Order dated 18/3 The said mobile phone'sTV & internet servioces are not working it just shows loading and directly comes to home page and its a major fault. I had already talk to your representatives & requested them to reverse pickup my phone & refund the amount back to my credit card. After that the phone was reverse picked up by your courier company.
After few days, again the phone was delivered to my address. This is really harassing. Now this is my humble rquest that you please reverse pickup the phone & refund the money back to my credit card account. Otherwise i will be forced to go to consumer court.
