I purchased a home theatre system 1 year ago . i kept it unopened and when opened it it was not working properly . i called the phillips people, they came to see the problem . they asked me to get the lens replaced. I payed rs 2500 and got the lens changed . and now it is again giving problem.i again called them and they again said get it replaced for 2500. this is highly irresponsible on the part of philips . such a reputed company and giving trouble to their customers. this is highly irresponsible and very bad. i would like to get my problem solved as soon as possible or this system is going to consumer forum.
