Regarding negligence by service centre

Dear Sir,

I bought one LG P500 mobile phone from The mobile store Vaishali Sec.-4, Ghaziabad, on 5 March. Its memory card is showing ERROR. In this regard, I brought my phone to service cntre of noida, sec 15 and they are saying that its hardware should be changed. Now its 2 weeks gone they have not arranged the hardware. I made 4 to 5 calls at different times but they are neglecting and delaying. What should I do? Can I have any complaint number?
