Service is denied

Dear Sir,

Have bought Pegion gas from Spar mall at Koramangala. Its not even one year and buner has stopped working. Its still under the warranty. Called Pegion call center in Jayanagar. They have denied me service even without looking at appliance. Have not even given the reason.

They have got extremely bad after sale service.
