I had purchased LG P970 on January this year. Within two days the display damaged (dark line in display) and the shopper (Mobility, TVM) replaced with a new one. This again damaged in two weeks and I submitted to LG Service center TVM (kesavadasapuram) and got replaced with a new set from company, after waiting for three weeks. Now (it is 5th month after purchased) the display damaged again and when I presented to the service agent, they replied that nothing can do. Told me that there are water presence inside the mobile so that they are helpless and no warranty also. I was handling the set with more care as it is expensive one and didn't wet in my knowledge.
The service agent says that the main board want to replace and this costs almost similar to a new set. The mobile was bought with 1 year replacement warranty on damage or stolen.
