Water Leakage from Refrigeration compartment

I have purchased a refrigerator and there is a manufacturing defect in the product. I have also complaint thrice but company's representative unable to rectify the same. The product requires replacement but company is not taking any action. I give opportunity to the company to rectify the problem or otherwise replace the defected piece otherwise I will be compel to approach Consumer Court to protect my right and claim the losses. This should be treated as final notice to the Company. Date of purchase- 19-8-10 vide Invoice No. LRD/302883 of M/S Kohinoor PVT LTD Lamington Road, Mumbai-7.
