I am sorry to inform you that I had purchased a 25 ltr. Pigeon water heater on 15th oct. 2010 and the same was installed on 17th oct. 2010 and the technician told me that the cut off needs to be replaced and it was informed to the showroom in front of me. These people told me that it will be done in 2 days time.
The service people came to our residence at 9 p.m. on 22nd October for just seeing what the problem was and told me that the cut off needs to be replaced, which was the same thing expressed by your people. When questioned by me when the people of Girias had told you that same why you didn’t bring the cut off, he lamely told me that our boss had told me to just see what the problem was and come.
Again on 23rd October I received a call from the pigeon people that the cut off was on its way and that the technicians will bring it to my home, a different set of technicians arrived to our house at 5.45 p.m. but did not bring the cut off and the technician named Mr. Marshal enquired about the price of the piece and told me that the price you have purchased is good but the maintenance cost of the heater will be much high, and he was just trying to convince me that the cut off was good and it was not necessary to replace it. But when questioned by me why the indicator light was not burning he tried to give lame excuses and move away from my home. Finally around 6.45 p.m. he removed the cut off and told me that he will get it replaced in 10 minutes. But he did not come and when I contacted him he just switched on the phone and was telling the other person to just cut off the phone as I was not having any other work and I was kept waiting till 9.p.m. the second day again.
The showroom people are also equally not serious about the customer’s satisfaction. the boss Mr. Deva had told me on 22nd that the water heater will be replaced but it is 25th and still i have not been given a replacement. the salesman tells me that the delivery os usually done in the evening and when I am contacting him he coolly tells me that it will be done tomorrow. this is the service of a big concern in south India.
I was first very much interested in Girias way back in 2009 when I had bought a 32” LCD Television from your Anna Nagar branch and that was why I decided to proceed to your showroom. I will just give you one suggestion or advice as you may think to stop selling the product or ask the people to change or discipline the service people as in every business CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS GOD. I don’t mean this for me, but for others.
I will be much obliged if you can replace my pigeon 25 ltr water heater as I am not satisfied with the service of the technicians from pigeon from day one.
