I had bought the LG side by side refrigerator model GC-B217 FLC on 22-4. On installation by service engineer Mr Hardeep on 23-4-11, it was found that two racks on the door of the freezer are cracked and need to be replaced. He told me that he will send an installation report to the company and it will be replaced in 2 days. When nothing happened for few days I called up the customer care on 29-4-11, 2-4-11, 4-5-11, 9-5-11 and on 13-5-11. I was sent a sms by LG that the defect will be rectified by 8-5-11. It is a long time and despite several reminders and spending more than 2 hours in total on phone talking to customer care several times; my complaint is not attended yet. And there is never any satisfactory reply. Calls sent to grievance cell to ms Sapna Bhatt on her telephone number 9711359784 remain unanswered all the time. A telephonic talk with Mr Shubhanker Dev' Area Service Manger on 4-5-11 also failed to rectify the defect found in the refrigerator during installation.
