Extremely poor service at Cochin office

Our LG refrigerator (icebeam) is not working from 13/12/10 morning. We contacted LG customer care no 1800-180-9999

Reference no given is 101213089115

We had informed the customer care that the problem was with electronic board. They agreed to bring one spare electronic board. We were asked to contact service no 0484-3123757 in case no response is received within 24 hrs.

On14/12/10 morning when we contacted the service no the response was rude & totally irresponsible by the lady posted there.

On 14th at 7 PM the service person came without any spare part. After checking he finally concluded that the problem is with the electronic board as told by us earlier.

He asked us to contact sevice center next day & check if the spare is available. Else we have to wait till it reaches.

When we contacted the service no, again rude response from the lady posted there. No idea when the spare is available in cochin godown.

Now there is no contact from service center or technician since last two days even after repeated reminders to the toll free LG customer care number.

This is not the kind of service we expect from a reputed company like LG
