Dear Sir,

Myself Rakesh kumar from Gaya (Bihar), One month ago i purchased a refrigerator from Gaya Electronic Gandhi chock Gaya. I have already complained to Patna customer care 25 days before on this no.0612 2221515. Ur customer care person assured me that my complain has been noted & they will send a person for the problem. But till now nobody has come for look the problem. Once again i request to u pls look the matter & give me solution ASAP.Details of refrigerator are following:
