I brought an LG refrigerator last year and has been facing recurring problems with this refrigerator. I had contact customer service departments multiple times but with no resolution to the issues faced. Over the period of last three months, LG engineers had
First, declared it as manufacturing defects and asked us to wait/try with a timer replacement
Second time, declared that gasket needs to be placed as no Vaseline was applied to refrigerator lining (an eye opener for me)
Lastly, when problem persisted asked us to allow them to take it for monitoring and wait for some kind of communication from them. As expected no one turned up for collectiin refrigerator.
I am assuming they are waiting for warranty period to lapse so that they can start charging me for the services and part replacement.
