My refrigrator of LG Model A one was suffering from less cooling. On my complaint LG India changed the Compressor on payment of Rs.3700/- in August through its authorised firm New Alfa Electro Services, Shop No. 406, Sector-32-D, chandigarh. A guarantee of one year was provided for this refrigerator. The same problem has again been occured only after 9 months. Authorised firm New Alfa Electro Services, Shop No. 406, Sector-32-D, Chandigarh is not providing its services properly. It is deficiency in service on the part of the authorised firm as well as LG India.
