We have purchased LG Single Door Refrigerator (185 ltr) in April. Within this 7th month its cooling started reducing and now it became totally inoperative. We have registered the complaint and the technicians came. They filled the gas and after two days it started creating the same problem. Again we contacted the service centre The technician came and reported that this problem is due to the non-functioning of the compressor. Service centre people told that they dont have the stock to replace the compressor. For the past one month we can't use the refrigerator. Till date not received any response from the service centre. If they don't have enough stock, we suggest to replace the same. Request you to kindly do the needful at the earliest.
