I had bought a LG refrigerator in the month of May. It is a 350 L fridge. From day 1, there were dents & the piece had leveling issues. LG had told me that they would change the set. In the month of Sep, since they had no fridges, they had confirmed that they would pay me the money that they I had spent. Till Nov 4, despite making repeated calls, I have not received the money back. I would need a name from LG who can help me with this.
