Dear Sir,
Inspite of writting many times to LG there is no reponse from them.
Please take necessary action,
Purchased LG Refrigerator on 21 May
after first service problem started with cooling,
Every now and then calling customer service.but still problem
didnot fixed.
After hard time and request got replaced on 12 June.
That is not the end, Again Problem with this replaced Refrigerator started.
complained on 18th June. Technician visited, and discovered a problem
Till now problem continues and now LG person (Mr. Venkatesh-Hyderabad) says
they want to Replace Components of this Refrigerator and try like the previous one.,
My question is with this new piece too how come problem exists again.
Should i again have to be behind LG customer service for another year.
If they donot refund my Unit, they will forever be avoided by me.
I strongly request the authorities to take necessary action and REFUND.
Kindly look into this seriously.
