My LG refrigerator which is just more than 2 yrs old is not working. I raised multiple complaints almost 3 weeks back. After a week of complaints finally one person came to visit and told that the part that is faulty is not in stock and he raised a requirement for it saying that the part will be available by 5th Apr. It is 14th Apr now and after calling the servicing agent Sachin, he just referred me to his supervisor Mr. Balaji (cell num 9764440203). This person just tells me to call later without even listening to my problem. Is this how LG handles after-sales service??? And if this is how they process paid repairs I wonder how they take care of repairs within warranty period. I really regret having bought an LG product. Would definitely avoid any LG product in the future and also suggest the same to all my friends and relatives.
