It's over 12months since, I am following up with LG Service Centre Thane: Mr. Janak Doshi, Mob 9930362571

However I am not getting any proper response. It is found that LGEIL has engaged third party for after sales service.

Further the Service request & complaints are received by another third party (BPO sort) who most of the time are not aware whom to esclate the service request.

The Third party employees, who call themselves the engineers are not at all competent enough to handle the services.

In last 12months over more than 3 different 3P engineers have visited yet they are not in a position to resolve the service complaint.

It is high time now, I have already approached the Legal council to initiate the appeal in the local consumer court.
