Irresponsibility in installation

1. I had purchased a LG side by side door refrigerator from home town store at GIP, NOIDA on 08 May. The fridge was delivered on 10th May10. I was informed that an engineer would call up for installation. No one called up. I checked from LG helpline on the issue. I was amazed to learn when I was told that dont believe dealers what they tell you. The refrigerator would be installed only if I put a complaint. This is outrageous. This complaint was registered at about 1500 hrs on 10th May 10. I did the networking and located the engineer at NOIDA to get the fridge switched on.

2. I was told that the RO Plant connection would be done on morning of 11 May10. No one has responded. On finding out I am told to approach my RO Service provider.

3. I had a perceived high image of LG. I am sorry to put on record that the response has been sad.
