My Self Mohammed Abdul Azeez, I purchased single door refrigerator on 2nd May. I gave the complaint regarding my refrigerator is not getting cool on 27th June & 28th June. Customer care person told me with in 24 hrs my problem will be rectify, but till now no one came to rectify. upon contacting again to Customer service, he told me that my complaint has been cancelled due to Customer not picked his phone.

No one called to my number, how can your customer care guy can close the complaint without any proof? As a customer care that is their responsibility to cross check, its not the way simply closing the complaints by saying that customer not picking his phone.

I am requesting you to take serious action against the personnel who cancelled the request without tracing the fact.
