My name is Kshitij Chaudhary and I am a consumer who purchased an LG Split AC on 19/05 from JAI ELECTRONICS (Jankipuram, Lucknow). The Model Number is LSA6CR2A.The Serial Number on the bill is 102AAMY008763.I have made 8 complaints regarding the air conditioner and nothing worked out. The complaint was served the first time we made however it did not helped the cause the the problem remained.
I have tried to get in touch with few of LG Representatives and their behaviour towards the Services is horrendous and makes it feel like they anyways care a damn.
