Damaged Ac sold to us, service not done

Dear Sir,

I have purchased LG split AC on march. The dealers TMC AS rao nagar hyderabad. They have have sold damaged and demo AC. which is not working properly after taking home. As SPLIT AC is under warranty .we asked them to repair. they are not ready to repair it.customer complaint id: C1042214949, 22nd April. I request you to take necessary action against them.
