Poor service

We brought 2 LG Split AC for the hospital ICU.We have AMC for both the units. There has so many problems with the AC functioning 1 year after purchase. We have registered complaints so many times but they dont respond. I have also sent so many emails to the company, they asked for my phn num and said they will get back, which hasnt happened! I spoke to LG service centre in chennai, the supervisor sent a person same day. He came checked and said gas is empty, one unit he has found the leak. He said he will come next day and do the work. Its been 4 days and nothing has happened, this inspite of him knowing its a HOSPITAL ICU! The complaint registration number is 12051027202 on 12/5/10.No one in the company has bothered to contact. I think i made the mistake of buying LG
