Poor & Irregular Service

Dear Sir,

I having Four Split AC of your company at my residence and my office. I had purchased these four AC's from your local dealer M/s Kiran Electronics, but it is regretted to inform you that the service to these four AC's is not being provided by your dealer properly. The technical staff engaged for service is either not properly equipped or they have lack of technical knowledge, therefore, the said AC's are not being functioning properly. Moreover, service is also not being provided in time.

In my these four AC's two weeks before the paid service has been carried out by the persons engaged by your said local dealer, but after a couple of day these AC's are not functioning properly. You are requested to look into the matter and do the needful, forthwith, as inspite of I have installed four AC's I am passing the days in very heating atmosphere.

Please advise your local dealer to engage sufficient technicians and provide prompt service to the customers.
