My Name is GL Ravikkumar, I had purchased a LG Split A/c. On 1st May 11 the complaint was launched with service centre regarding the problem in A/c after 3 days a person called us and visited the place. After checking the A/c, he said compressor is having a problem and it will be replaced FOC since it is under warranty within a day.
Despite calling the call centre on 5th, 6th and almost 4 times on 7th CSE dont have a solution for it. Finally at 7:40 pm on 7th the executive simply disconnected the call when i asked the timelines. It shows the quality of CSE used by LG.
I was told that there is a problem with service centre, hence LG is changing the Agency bcz of that he is asking to wait for another 2 days. WHY SHOULD CUSTOMER SUFFER BCZ OF LG PROBLEM.
