Dear Sir

I had written to to LG regarding the re instillation of my Air Conditioner as I had shifted my residence which was working perfectly earlier. Ever since it was reinstalled it has not been working at all. I raised a 1st service request as the power was not moving to the unit but was very much available in the stabilizer, for which the technician came and rectified, however to my dismay noticed that the compressor was continuously running as the room temperature was constantly at 26 degree centigrade, even while using the jet cool option. These issues where encountered only after the re instillation of the unit afresh and was never the case earlier. Now when I call up the service centre I have only evasive replies. Please help...

I had raised a request for the re-instillation of my LG split AC unit vide service number RNA120530011204, as I had shifted my residence to a new location. The service engineer who came for the instillation was clearly told that there would be a power cut from 4.00pm to 6.00pm, when he came to my residence me at 12 noon, saying that he would return in half an hour. He came back only at around 2.30 and the re instillation work was completed only at 3.45pm, when the unit worked for sometime and switched off once the power outage commenced.

To my dismay noticed that when I switched on the unit after the resumption of power the unit was not responding though the power supply was moving upto the Power stabilizer. When I called the service engineer for help immediately, I was told that he would inspect the unit only tomorrow and I could go and complaint to who so ever I wanted.

Clearly there is a deficiency of service and am quite surprised with the service render for which I have duly paid for. Please refer to the invoice 0894 dated 31/05 amounting to Rs 1124/-. I would want immediate attention to this request for which I have already raised a fresh service request vide RNA120531047859 for which no charges should be raised as there is clearly a deficiency in service at your end.
