Poor service

Dear Sir

I lodged a complaint no. RNA 120511056892 with LG Customer Care on 11-05 . on 12-05. The Service Engineer informed me that Compressor of split Ac is out of order. Now 4 days have passed and it is being told that compressor is not available with service center. If in this peak summer season compressor is not available with LG Service center then how one can say Life is Good with LG. I talked with Mr. Deepak senior executive also and he assured me to get the grievances set right soon but all in vain. LIFE IS BAD pl. tell the LG.
