Gas Leak in Indoor Unit need the unit to be replaced

Hi.

I have purchased an LG Split 1.5 ton Air Conditioner model no: LSA 5MR3T from “M/S S.C. SHAS & CO (P) LTD. Old No. 193, New No. 213, G.S.T. Road, Chromepet = 600 044. Ph No : 044 2238 0844 / 33”.

Date of Purchase: 13-April

The AC was working good for the past two months (April and May). Suddenly there was some degradation in the cooling performance. So I Contacted your Customer care and complained this issue yesterday (11-Jun). Today (12-Jun) the engineer cam and inspected the AC and Replied back that there is a Gas Leak in The Indoor Unit. My Concern is It is just 2 Months now from date of purchase and why I am getting this Gas Leak issue. So, Please Kindly replace this Indoor Unit with a new one. We are suffering here without AC in this Hot summer for the past one week and so far nothing has happened. This makes me to lose the Trust Which I have in The Brand LG. Please Do Address this Issue As Soon As Possible. If not please let me know the to whom I have to Escalate to get this Done. Please Find my LG Complaint number below:
