LG sumaria from Ghatkopar(e)
Not refunding our money from past 45 days we r fed up of calling them

We brought a Lg washing machine from sumaria Ghatkopar (e) on 2nd June. We were told by d sales person called irfan that it would completely dry by 30min. But only when they came for demo we got know that it takes 4 hrs to dry so we exchanged d machine n brought a normal front load machine. They were supposed to refund my remaining money within 3 days but it has been 1 month they have not refunded our money yet. We r fed up of calling them. We have been answered that money hasn't come from head office. Please help us get our money back. Thank you regards Panju vijay (9820299374).
