I had purchased an LCD TV in June. The product had a warranty for one year and the T.V. konked off after 10 days after the warranty period. On calling the LG service centre, an Engineer advised that a part needed to be replaced after inspecting the set at my home. However, despite repeated follow up for over one month, they have not bothered to repair the set and keep giving vague responses. At the end of one month, I get a casual response that they had erroneously received a wrong part (after one month). They have now ordered the correct part and would service the TV as and when it is recieved. Esclation to various people in the centre served no purpose.
