I HAVE PURCHASED ONE LG FULL TOUCH DUAL SIM DUAL ACTIVE PHONE-P520 THROUGH HOME SHOP18 VIDE BUYER'S ORDER NO-909781251, INVOICE NO-BAR/0231023, INVOICE DATE FEBRUARY 10, SUB ORDER NUMBER 40390595.

I HAVE GOT THE MOBAIL WITHIN THREE DAYS AND I AM USING THE SAME NICELY TILL TODAY.

BUT TODAY I HAVE SWITCH OFF MY MOBAIL FOR SOME TIME, WHEN AFTER SOME TIME I AGAIN PRESS THE MOBAIL TO SWITCH ON, IT IS NOT WORKING.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THE MATTER.

TODAY EVENING I HAVE LODGED COMPLAIN ABOUT THE MATTER BEFORE CUSTOMER CARE OF HOME SHOP18.

I WANT TO REPLACE MY MOBAIL OR BACK MY PRICE.
