We bought a LG TV and recently i have observed smoke coming from it. I have complained to the service station nearly 7-8 times in the past two weeks but to no avail. All my complaints have been falling on deaf ears. There is no response from the staff of The LG Service center even after repeated complaints. If this is the attitude of the service center staff towards the customers, then i seriously doubt the future of a company like yours which has such good reputation. I would like you to take serious action against those responsible and send someone to solve my problem immediately.
