NO SERVICE RENDERED . PRODUCT UNDER WARRANTYY

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought the LG Vacuum Cleaner from Kings Electronics, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai on 7 October.

The Vacuum cleaner gives out a strong burning smell and switches off after few minutes.

I went to Kings Electronics and lodged a complaint as well as with LG customer care on 24 Sep 2010. The complaint number is C1092422216.

A technician named Rashid Alam from RESQ SERVICES visited my residence to diagnose the issue and left after saying that he'll return with a new motor as the original motor was faulty. After 10 days of constant following up the technician returned, but to my disappointment the part that he brought for replacement does not match the specification of the original motor that came with the vacuum cleaner and was not even sealed/packed. Thus after having spoken to customer care I have not got the replacement part installed and I am awaiting prompt action to get my complaint resolved. Please find further details below.

The Vacuum cleaner stands in warranty period at the time of lodging the complain (C1092422216) which was lodged on 24 Sep 10 hence no charges should be applicable. The complaint is pending as on date.

As is clear from the above furnished details the specifications are different and I will NOT COMPROMISE ON QUALITY. The replacement has to be same as original motor.

It is requested that the process be accelerated as It has been over 15 days since I am awaiting the solution.

It has been numerous days and despite following up with the customer care and service centre my complaint has not been resolved and is still pending as on date.

The laid back attitude and irresponsibility has caused a lot of agony.

Even after false reassurances from Customer care officer Ms. Lata Kombil, my complaint is still pending. Messages sent to LG Care on 5757554 and Emails to [email protected] were also in vain.

Kindly accelerate the matter and escalate the complaint to which ever level you deem appropriate but resolve the problem.

Replace my Vacuum cleaner with a new one if the need be.
