LG/ Washing Machine
Machine became faulty during the first wash

We have purchased LG Washing Machine - Front Loading, F1056LDP - TROMM on 08 Feb. We used it first time on 09 Feb and it became faulty after the very first wash. Engineer has check & reported that PCB needs to be replaced.

We have contacted Local Service Center Head - Mr Sanjeev Haridas. He says that PCB is not in stock and will take time to arrive. I am writing this complaint within just 2 days of buying a machine of cost close INR 27000.00 from LG who have delivered a very poor quality product. If they believe in being ethical and customer oriented, the machine should be replaced immediately.
