LG Washing Machine
No services after taking AMC

I have LG Semi- automatic Washing machine (Model No. WP9221). I have taken AMC (Annual Maintainance contract) from LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd (HLP No. JD24806) for the period 08/07/09 to 07/07/10.

I have lodged a complaint with regard to the malfunctioning of the dryer tub via complain no. C1032808955 dated 28.03.10.

Inspite of repeated follow ups no action has been taken by LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd.
