I had registered a complaint with the LG customer care about my front loading washing machine. It started out with some unusual sounds which I had reported. I was duly told that a technician would call up in two hours and the complaint would be attended to in 24 hours... Well, its been over 72 hours, and no one has turned up. Everytime I call, I am told that my complaint will be put in the priority list. I was given a local service centre number which when called, I was told the technician would surely come today.. I am still waiting with a whole pile of dirty clothes and a completely broken down washing machine (thanks to want of timely intervention, the nature of complaint has gone from a crying washing machine to a completely dead one). Life's definitely NOT good.. LG people, anyone listening??
