Harrassment by call centre people

I had purchased this LG Washing Machine in August fully automatic. Off recently from last 10 days i have been having some problem with the machine. My first complaint to the LG people was on 24th January the call centre people gave me the docket number 110124008729 and they informed us that the technician will come withing 24 hours to repair. He came did something and took the service charges, as a lay man it was difficult for us to know the fault.

Next day early morning when we had to wash clothes the same problem occured. Again we called and they said they will attend us in 24 hours, but no one turned up.

Phone calls were done on 31st and 1st they gave the service centres number and after two struggling hours i got through their number, they said that the old docket number will not be eligible so i was wrongly guided by the call centre people about the technician coming and doing up the machine.

Now they are not paying any attention to the complaint that we are trying to do.

Please do take some action at the earliest.
